Klopp names 24-man Germany squad with Füllkrug and Mohya
Füllkrug returns at 33 and 17-year-old Wael Mohya is included as Germany prepare for Serbia and the Netherlands in the Nations League.
FootVal NewsroomUpdated
Germany coach Jürgen Klopp has named a 24-man squad for the Nations League matches in Serbia and against the Netherlands. It is far smaller than the 44 players he called up for the training camp in September.
Niclas Füllkrug, 33, is back in the national team after a spell away from it, and has scored nine goals for Werder Bremen this season. Wael Mohya, a 17-year-old midfielder at Borussia Mönchengladbach, is receiving his first call-up to the senior side. Karim Adeyemi and Nick Woltemade have been left out, Der Spiegel reports.
FootVal's valuation of Mohya is €21.5m, above his market value of €17m on Transfermarkt. For Borussia Mönchengladbach he has two goals and one assist in eight appearances this season.
