Juventus shareholders have approved a capital increase of up to €250m, according to the club's official statement issued after the meeting on 3 November. The board can decide when to activate it.
Part of the money is to be set aside for investments on the transfer market, La Gazzetta dello Sport reports. The meeting also approved the financial statements for the year to 30 June 2026.
Giovanni Carnevali and Marina Storti were confirmed as directors. Corriere dello Sport reports that the chief executive Carnevali set out the club's aim of returning to winning, said it needs time, and backed Spalletti, while some criticism was raised at the meeting.
On the pitch, Juventus beat Napoli 2-0 at the Allianz Stadium on Sunday, 1 November, with goals from Kerim Alajbegovic and Jérémie Boga. Napoli's Luca Marianucci was sent off. Juventus are seventh in Serie A with 17 points from 10 games, and they face AZ Alkmaar in the Europa League on Thursday, 5 November.
FootVal's valuation of the squad is €568m, against €614m on Transfermarkt.
