Real Madrid came from behind to beat AEK Athens 3-2 in the Champions League on Wednesday. Aboubakary Koita gave the hosts the lead in the 12th minute, before Jude Bellingham levelled with a backheel in the 32nd.

Reports say the equaliser came from a low cross by Marc Cucurella from the left, which Bellingham flicked home with his heel. Stavros Pilios put AEK ahead again in the 75th minute, but Kylian Mbappé replied three minutes later. Federico Valverde struck in the second minute of added time, and Koita was sent off three minutes after that.

UEFA named Bellingham Player of the Match. According to Mundo Deportivo, at 23 years and 128 days he became the youngest player in Champions League history to reach 60 appearances, a mark Record also reports. In FootVal's records he has 11 appearances, 4 goals and 3 assists this season, with an average rating of 7.67.

Madrid have won all four of their Champions League games and sit second in the table with 12 points. Their next match is at Valencia in La Liga on Saturday 7 November.
