Rodri was substituted at half-time in Barcelona's 3-0 Champions League win over Aston Villa at Spotify Camp Nou on Tuesday. Marc Bernal came on for him after the Spanish midfielder reported discomfort in his right leg.
Reports differ on the exact muscle, with some pointing to the calf and others to the hamstring. According to Mundo Deportivo, he felt pain late in the first half, asked to be replaced and was kept on until the break.
Hansi Flick has said the midfielder's condition will be clearer once the tests are done, according to AS. Barcelona's next match is a La Liga game at Atlético Madrid's Metropolitano on Sunday, 8 November.
AS also reports that Flick is hoping to get Eric, Christensen and Koundé back for that fixture.
