Osimhen to undergo knee surgery, Galatasaray confirm

Victor Osimhen will have knee surgery and is ruled out of Saturday's match against Amed SK, with a possible lay-off until month's end.

Galatasaray have announced that Victor Osimhen will undergo knee surgery and will not be in the squad for Saturday's Süper Lig match against Amed SK at Rams Park. The Nigeria striker was injured in the 2-0 Champions League win over VfB Stuttgart on Tuesday, in which Aleksey Batrakov scored both goals.

Transfermarkt reports that the 27-year-old may be unavailable until the end of the month.
