FC Porto beat bottom side Estoril 4-0 at home in the tenth round of Liga Portugal, with Spanish duo Gabri Veiga and Borja Sainz the standout performers. Veiga was named man of the match after contributing both a goal and an assist.
The scoring began as early as the fourth minute, according to Mundo Deportivo, when Borja Sainz found Pepe on the right. Pepe's cross was turned into the net by Danish defender Victor Froholdt. Porto did not look back from there, eventually running out comfortable winners.
Gabri Veiga added the fourth goal with a moment of individual quality in the 73rd minute. FootVal's valuation of the 24-year-old stands at €38m, slightly above his €35m Transfermarkt market value; he has now contributed four goals and three assists in nine Liga Portugal appearances this season.
The result keeps Porto top of Liga Portugal as champions and league leaders, while Estoril remain rooted to the foot of the table.
